If admission to the courses viz BCA/BBA/BLib/Journalism & Mass Communication falls shorter than 20 students/seats at the initial level, such course/s will not continue, be closed, the fee submitted shall be refunded and admission(s) will be cancelled.
Admission Procedure & Regulation
- The Failed candidate will not be re-admitted in the college/Institute. However the students having compartment in one subject in 10+2 examination may be allowed admission in BA/B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc. (Home Science) Sem-I in order to merit, if seats remain vacant. The failed candidates may re-appear in the examination as ex-students.
- The SC/BC candidates shall be charged ¼th of the price of prospectus as per the institutions of Director SC/BC, Welfare Department, Chandigarh. Therefore, price of the prospectus for such candidate be printed accordingly.
- The candidates belonging to SC/ST Category of Haryana only, who secure minimum pass marks in qualifying examination (unless otherwise prescribed for a particular course) may be considered eligible on the basis of merit for admission in the affiliated Colleges/Institutes.
- If gap in studies, students may give reasons with documentary proof/affidavit.
- No class in any subject should be started if the number of candidates seeking admission in any subject is less than 30.
- BA/B.Sc./B.Com/B.Sc.(Home Science)/B.Sc. Human Nutrition & Dietetics – (Sem-I) (10+2+3 pattern)
No one shall be eligible to join the first semester of BA/B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc. (Home Science), B.Sc. (Human Nutrition & Dietetics unless he/she has passed one of the following examinations with at least 33% marks in aggregate for admission to B.A Sem-I and 40% for admission to B.Com Sem-I and 45% for admission for B.Sc. Sem-I (minimum pass marks in case of SC/ST candidates):
- Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani
OR
- Diploma in Pharmacy Course (for BA/BSc) (Sem-I only)
OR
- 3 Year professional diploma programmes conducted by the State Board of Technical Education Haryana without-passing English and Hindi subjects at 10+2 level for admission to BA/BSc/B.Com courses.
- Any other examination recognized by the Academics Council as equivalent to (a) or (b) or (c) above.
